摘要
从变压器用绕组绝缘材料的发展历史、结构特性、基础性能等方面介绍和对比了近年应用于变压器的典型固体绝缘材料热改性纸(TUK)、芳纶纸(NOMEX)、聚酯层压纸(DMD),以及新型NOMEXT910纸;对变压器热老化机理与特性进行了综述,为耐高温配电变压器绝缘材料的对比选择提供技术参考。
In aspects of development history, structural characteristics, fundamental performance, and so on of transformer winding insulation materials, this paper introduces and compares typical transformer solid insulation materials including ther- mal modified paper TUK, aramid paper NOMEX, polyester laminated paper DMD and new typed NOMEX T910. It also re- views transformer thermal aging mechanism and characteristics, which provides technical support for comparing and selec- ting insulation materials for high temperature resistant power distribution transformers.
