变电站断路器及隔离开关动作信息统计系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation for Circuit Breaker and Disconnecting Switch Operation Information Statistical System

为了全面高效地梳理出"三未"(超周期未操作、未轮换和未维护)设备的现状,采用Visual Basic编写软件,从变电站后台监控系统的Microsoft SQL Server数据库中分析提取出断路器及隔离开关遥信变位的事件顺序记录(sequence of events,SOE)信息,从而实现断路器及隔离开关动作次数的统计。对比分析结果表明,软件系统的统计结果具有较高的准确性。

In order to fully and high effectively sort out status quo of three kinds of equipment including those having not been operated over the cycle, alternated and maintained, this paper uses Visual Basic writing software to analyze and extract sequence of events （SOE） recording information about remote signaling deflections of breakers and disconnecting switches so as to realize statistics for opening and closing operation times of breakers and disconnecting switches. Comparative analysis results indicate that statistical results of the software system have higher accuracy.
