摘要 提出一种基于二次设备远方控制技术的备用电源自动投入装置(以下简称"备自投")在线投退新方法,在能量管理系统上实时计算备自投控制策略,通过遥控软压板来代替人员到现场对备自投进行投退操作,实现备自投的在线投退,在计算备自投策略时考虑了设备温度及负载率校验、电网"N-1"校验、备自投动作时序和组合问题。在广州电网的实际应用表明,该方法简单可靠,能显著提高设备运行效率和供电可靠性。 This paper proposes a kind of online control method for busbar automatic transfer switch (BATS) based on remote control technology of secondary equipment which can analyze control strategies for BATS on energy management system (EMS) and conduct control operation for BATS by using remote soft plates instead of manual operation so as to realize on- line control of BATS. This method considers equipment temperature, load rate examination, "N - 1" examination for the power grid, time sequence and combination of BATS at the time of analyzing control strategies. Actual application of this method in Guangzhou power grid proves its simplicity and reliability in improving equipment operational efficiency and pow- er supply reliability.
