摘要
针对IEC61970系列标准中公共信息模型(common information model,CIM)缺少对调度自动化系统运行监管信息描述的问题,以CIM为基础,遵循CIM的语义和扩展规范,建立了调度自动化系统运行监管信息的CIM扩展模型,并介绍了建模的基本思想和方法,分析了主站侧和变电站侧监管对象主要建模类之间的关系。将该扩展模型应用到贵州电网调度自动化运行管控系统的开发中,实现了调度自动化系统监管对象及监管信息与能量管理系统中电网一次系统CIM的统一建模,实现了省、地两级调度自动化运行管控系统间监管对象模型及监管信息的交互,应用效果说明该建模方案是有效和可行的。
In allusion to the problem of common information model (CIM) lacking description on operating supervising infor- mation of the dispatching automation system in IEC 61970 standards, an extended CIM based model for operating supervi- sing information of the dispatching automation system was established by following CIM semantic and extended specifica- tions. This paper thus introduces basic ideas and methods for modeling and analyzes relationship between main modeling classes of supervising objects at the master station side and substation side. The extended model was applied in development of operating management and control system of the dispatching automation system in Guizhou power grid, which had real- ized unified modeling for supervising objects and information of the dispatching automation system and CIM of the power grid primary system of energy management system as well as interaction of supervising object models and information be- tween provincial and regional operating management and control systems. Application effect indicates that this modeling scheme is valid and feasible.
