黄花黄芩不同提取物的红外光谱研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析黄花黄芩药材、水提物和醇提物的化学成分。方法:采用傅立叶变换红外光谱法(FT-IR)并借助于二阶导数谱及二维相关红外光谱(2D-FT-IR)进行分析。结果:黄花黄芩药材及其提取物有着各自稳定的光谱特征,谱图中位于1615cm^(-1)的芳环骨架振动峰是判断黄芩苷在不同黄花黄芩样品中含量高低的主要依据,而相应的二阶导数谱图可以大大提高原始谱图的分辨率。黄花黄芩药材经过提取,以黄芩苷为代表的主要活性成分得到有效富集,两种提取物中黄芩苷的含量明显增高;黄花黄芩醇提物中黄芩苷的含量又明显高于其水提物。结论:FT-IR能够简便、快速地提供药材提取物中主要化学成分的定性与半定量信息,从而为后续的化学成分分析和药材提取分离工艺的改进提供有效参考。 Objective To analyze the chemical ingredients in Scutellaria viscidula Bunge. and its extracts, that is, aqueous and ethanol extracts. Methods It was studied by combining FT - IR and second derivative spectra as well as 2D - FT - IR. Results The characteristics of IR spectrum about Scutellaria viscidula Bunge. and its extracs were stable. Then it was based on the aromatic skele- ton vibration peak ( 1615cm 1 ) to evaluate the contents of baicalin in different samples and the second derivative spectra could greatly improve the resolution of the original spectra. In addition, the contents of baicalin in the two extracts increased obviously and the con- tent of baicalin in ethanol extract is higher than that in aqueous extract. Conclusion FT - IR could offer the informations on the quali- tative and semi - quantitative of the main constituents in the extracts easily and quickly in order to provide references for analyzing the components and improving the process.
