摘要 目的:优选雪茶速溶颗粒的最佳制备工艺。方法:以雪茶中的总酚酸和多糖作为评价指标,采用正交试验优选了雪茶的提取工艺,以收粉率为评价指标优选了喷雾干燥工艺,并对成型工艺进行了研究。结果:优选的雪茶最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水,提取3次,每次1h。喷雾干燥的最佳参数为:进风温度130℃,风速0.7m^3/min,料液的相对密度为1.10,流速为2.5m L/min。制粒工艺中采用茶粉与乳糖的比例为1∶0.5,以70%的食用乙醇制粒,制得的颗粒速溶性好。结论:该制备工艺合理可行。 Objective To optimize the preparation technology of Thamnolia vermicularis instant granule. Methods The extraction parameters of T. vermicularis were optimized by orthogonal test using total phenolic acids and polysaccharide as indexes, and the pa- rameters of dry granulation were optimized by granules yield. In addition, The forming technology was investigated. Results The opti- mal extraction parameters of T. vermicularis were as follows the medicinal materials were extracted 3 times with 8 - fold amount of water with 1 hour for each time. The optimal parameters of dry granulation were that the better inlet air temperature and flew were 130℃ and 0. 7m3/min, the relative density and flow of solid - liquid was 1.10 and 2. 5mL/min, respectively. The granulation technology was em- ployed by the molar ratio of powder of T. vermicularis and lactose equal to 1:0. 5, and edible ethanol of 70% was used to prepare gran- ules which had hatter instant property. Conclusion Optimized technology is reasonable and feasible.
