摘要
目的:探讨胆清胶囊中牛胆汁和凤尾草的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法。结果:薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于胆清胶囊中牛胆汁和凤尾草的薄层色谱鉴别。
Objective To investigate the TLC identification method of Bovine bile and Pteris muhifida in Dan Qing capsule. Methods by TLC. Results TLC spots were clear, without the interference of negative control. Conclusion The method is simple, ac- curate and reproducible, and can be used for Danbiqing capsule TLC identification of Bovine bile and Pteris muhifida.
