黎药海南野扇花的药效学研究

Parmacodynamics Study in Li Medicine Plants Sarcococca vagans Stapf

目的:探讨海南野扇花对免疫功能,止血功能的影响。方法:将小鼠分为海南野扇花给药高(13g/kg)、中(6.5g/kg)、低(3.3g/kg)剂量组及阴性(生理盐水)、阳性(云南白药)对照组,采用半数溶血试验(HC50);鸡红细胞吞噬实验;凝血试验考察药物的药效学作用。结果:海南野扇花高,中剂量均能显著提升(P<0.01,P<0.05)小鼠血清溶血素含量;显著增加(P<0.01)小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能;凝血试验的高、中剂量均显著缩短(P<0.01)小鼠凝血时间。结论:海南野扇花作为一种活血化瘀,消炎止血的药物,具有良好的生物学活性。

Objective To investigate the effect of Sarcococca vagans Stapf on immune function and hemostasis. Methods The mice were divided into high （ 13g / kg）, medium （ 6. 5g/kg）, low （3.3g/kg） dose group and negative （ normal saline） , positive control group （Yunnanbaiyao）, Hemolysis test （HC50） ; chicken red blood cell phagocytosis test; coagulation test to study the pharmacody- namic effects of drugs. Results The content of serum hemolysin in high dose group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） and middle dose group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） was significantly higher than that in control group; Sarcococca vagans Stapf can significantly increased （P 〈 0. 01 ） phagocytosis of macrophages in mice; In the coagulation test, both the high and middle doses significantly shortened the clotting time （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Sarcococca vagans Stapf has a good biological activity.
