葛根二仙汤与达菲林加曼月乐联用治疗子宫腺肌病的临床观察

Analysis on the Effect of Pueraria Erxian Decoction and Daficin Plus Mirena on the Treatment of Adenomyosis

目的:观察葛根二仙汤与达菲林加曼月乐联用治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效。方法:选取78例子宫腺肌病患者,随机分为A、B、C3组,各26例。A组给予达菲林治疗,B组给予达菲林加曼月乐治疗,C组给予葛根二仙汤与达菲林加曼月乐联合治疗,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗后3组的子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积、月经量和痛经程度与治疗前比较均有改善(P<0.01);治疗后3个月,C组子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积与A组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后6个月,C组子宫内膜厚度减少,子宫体积缩小,月经量减少,痛经缓解,与A组、B组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葛根二仙汤与达菲林加曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病临床疗效确切,不良反应发生率低,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of puerarin erxian decoction combined with dophereline and mirena on the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods 78 patients with adenomyosis treated were randomly divided into three groups A, B and C, each group of 26 cases. Group A were treated with dophereline, group B were treated with dophereline and mirena, and group C were treated with puerarin erxian decoction combined with dophereline and mirena. The clinical efficacywere observed. Results After treatment, theendometrial thickness, uterine volume, menstrual flow and dysmenorrhea were improved compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. After 3 months, the thickness of endometrium decreased, the volume of uterus decreased, the menstrual quantity decreased and the dysmenorrhea was alleviated of group C, compared with groupA and groupB with significantly different （P 〈 0. 0! ）. Conclusion Pu- erarin erxian decoction combined with dophereline and mirena have significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of adenomyosis.
