不同处理方法对水曲柳种子发芽的影响研究

Effects of Different Treatments on Ashtree Seeds Germination

为了寻找能显著提高种子发芽率的有效措施,对采自宁夏六盘山林区的水曲柳种子进行不同处理发芽试验研究,结果表明：水曲柳种子的寿命较短,宜选择在当年10~11月进行种子育苗,湿沙层积贮藏处理种子,发芽持续时间长,发芽率可达85.5%;不同激素处理种子均可提高种子发芽率;0.2%硝酸钾溶液淋湿土壤措施可提高水曲柳种子发芽率。

Effects of different treatments on ashtree seeds germination were studied.The results showed that it was suitable for growing ashtree seeds in October to November of the present year and the seeds were stored and treated in humid soil layer with the germination percentage increase to 85.5%; seeds treated by different hormones had the higher germination percentage; germination percentage could also be increased by 0.2% potassium nitrate solution dousing the soil.
