摘要 针对炼铁生产组织及生产工艺系统性、复杂性和多变性的特点,型钢炼铁厂加强组织领导,制定两级方案,开展全流程梳理,系统推进提升;创新人才培养模式,着力打造五级人才梯队;多路推进,系统提升,快速见效等方面出发,系统论述推进精益管理带来的变化,促进了指标的提升和成本的优化。 Aiming at the characteristics of systemic,complexity and variability in the ironmaking production organization an d production technology,The ironmaking plant of Yinshan Section Steel Co. Ltd.systemically carried forward and promoted through strengthening the organization and lead,formulating two-stage plan,carrying out the whole process analysis,innovated the personnel training mode,trying hard to build five levels of talent team,systematically expounded the change brought by lean management from aspects of multiplex propulsion,systematical upgrading and rapid effect,having accelerated the improvement of indexes and the optimization of cost.
