莱钢3200m^3高炉高渣比条件下高煤比操作实践

摘要 莱钢3 200 m^3高炉进入2014年随着烧结矿品位进一步降低,综合品位下降至55%,渣比上升至450 kg/t,给大型高炉实现高渣比冶炼条件下的高煤比、降低生铁成本带来难题。通过采取一系列关键技术,成功地实现了高渣比条件下高煤比低消耗冶炼。 In 2014,for 3200 m^3 blast furnace in Laiwu Steel,with the further reduce of sintered ore grade,whose comprehensive grade was dropped to 55%,and the slag ratio rose to 450 kg/t,having brought problems to the realization of high coal ratio and pig iron cost reducing under the condition of smelting with high slag ratio. Through taking a series of key technologies,the smelting with high coal ratio and low cost was successfully realized under the condition of high slag ratio.
