摘要
风口小套与冷却壁在高炉熔炼过程中都受到了熔蚀和热应力等的强烈作用,发生损坏。分析了二者损坏情况在空间上的位置分布是否存在对应关系,为研究高炉煤气流分布、炉缸熔炼情况以及高炉长寿管理提供一定的参考。
The small sleeve at tuyere and cooling wall were all damaged because of the strong function by erosion and thermal stress in the smelting process of blast furnace. The study was carried out to analysis whether there was a corresponding relationship between their damage situation and space distribution,further to provide certain reference for the study on the gas flow distribution of blast furnace,the smelting status of hearth and the long-life management of blast furnace.
