烧结混合机热水系统稳定性改造

摘要 针对混合机热水系统运行存在的问题,结合工艺要求及原系统存在的不足,通过蒸汽换热系统优化、水泵改型更换、水泵故障状态备用泵自启动等技术的实施,解决了系统换热效率低、水池墙体墙皮频繁裂纹脱落、水泵系统故障频繁的问题,确保系统稳定运行。 Aiming at the problems existing in the running of hot water system of mixing machine,combined with the technological requirements and the shortage existing in the original system,through optimizing the steam heat exchange system,remodeling and changing the water pump,self-starting the stand-by pump at the failure state of water pump,the problems were solved,including the low thermal efficiency,the frequent cracking and falling-off of pole wall,and the frequent water pump system faults,then the stable operation of system was ensured.
