海河流域洪水风险图成果集成与应用接口开发

摘要 2013年,水利部海河水利委员会开展了漳卫河系8处防洪保护区洪水风险图编制、京津冀跨省(直辖市)编制单元的协调管理以及流域内相关省(直辖市)编制成果的汇总集成工作,在洪水风险图编制工作完成之后,基于编制成果和洪水风险图管理与应用系统,定制开发了洪水风险图图件成果应用接口,尝试在其他防洪业务系统调用和展示洪水风险图图件,其成果应用接口的设计思路可作为今后洪水风险图成果应用的参考。 In 2013, Haihe Water Resources Commission of Ministry of Water Resources completed flood risk mapping for eight areas in Zhangwei River system, coordinated trans-provincial projects of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and made a summary of results. After completion of flood risk mapping, application interface of mapping results was developed on the basis of management system. The maps were also used by other flood control systems for demonstration on a trial basis. The design concept of application interface can provide valuable experiences for others to apply flood risk mapping in the future.
