摘要
洪水风险图管理系统将传统纸质的风险图成果进行了数字化,但二维的电子地图难以直观地表现洪水淹没水深等要素,使其运用受到了限制。如采用三维地图,则成本又过于高昂。为解决这一问题,将全景图技术引入洪水风险图管理系统中,并在2016年汛期进行了初步运用,取得了一定效果,为洪水风险图在我国的应用和发展提供了一种新的思路。
Although flood risk map management system can digitalize papery maps, two-dimensional digital map fail to present visually the depth of flood inundation, thus its operation has certain limitations. If three-dimensional map is adopted, it will substantially increase the cost. Therefore, panorama sketch was introduced to flood risk map management system that operated in flood season in 2016 and resulted in some good results. It provides a new thought for application and development of flood risk map in China.
