摘要
介绍了利用IFMS软件开展新疆某中小河流洪水计算及风险分析的作业流程及办法,重点介绍了IFMS二维模型构建流程,并针对当前IFMS软件功能特点,归纳出了典型区、典型时刻水量思路,利用IFMS二维计算后处理功能,配合ArcGIS软件空间分析及统计汇总功能,反映各辖区典型淹没区典型时刻洪水淹没特征。
Discussions are made on operation procedure and methods of flood calculation and risk analysis for small and medium rivers in Xinjiang with utilization of IFMS software. Special focus places on procedure of two-dimensional model formation. In accordance with the characteristics on current IFMS software, water quantity in typical area and moment are derived. Features of flood inundation at typical inundated zone and typical moment are presented by means of processing functions after IFMS two-dimensional calculation, together with ARCGIS software space analysis and statistical summarizing.
