摘要
考查了不同消泡剂在各掺量时对灌浆料表观质量的影响规律,并从消泡速率、流变性能、硬化后气泡参数等方面对其作用机理进行了分析。结果表明,消泡剂品种对灌浆料表观气泡状态影响明显,相同掺量时,试验中掺消泡剂PX-1灌浆料的表观质量最优,PX-2其次,PX-3最差;优选合适消泡剂可提升灌浆料表观质量的机理在于其消泡速率更快,同时还能改善浆体黏度,并降低了总气泡及100μm以下气泡的数量。
The effects of different dosage of the different defoaming agents on apparent performance are studied, and the fluidit, the apparent bubble state, rheologica properties and air void parameters after hardening of the grouting material are investigated. The results show that the types of defoaming agents have obvious effect on apparent performance, for that best quality of grouting material of PX-1 with appropriate amount, PX-2 is in the next place, PX-3 is the worst. The rea- son for the improvement of the apparent quality of the grouting material lies in the speed of defoaming, increasing viscosi- ty, and also can effectively reduce the total number of bubbles and the number of bubbles below 100μm.
