摘要
针对混凝土钻磨破坏现有测定方法的弊端,在优选钻头的前提下,探索了钻磨时间和荷载对混凝土钻磨深度的影响规律,研究了混凝土不同条件下钻磨深度的比较方法,确定了不同强度等级混凝土的最佳钻磨时间和荷载。在此基础上,提出了与钻磨破坏相应、适合实验室用的钻磨试验新方法,并在超高强混凝土上进行了应用。
According to the deficiencies in measurement method of concrete drill-grinding damage, the influence laws of drill-grinding time, load on drill-grinding depth of concrete were studied based on the premise of drill selecting, the comparative method of drill-grinding depth of concrete under different conditions is pointed out, and optimal drill-grinding time and the load of concrete with the different strength grade are confirmed. On this basis, a new drill-grinding test method, which is applicable to lab, corresponding to concrete drill-grinding damage is put forward, and is applied on ultra-high strength concrete.
