摘要 近年来，国家相继出台文件优先支持研发儿童药品，修订儿童用药说明书。自2014年5月国家卫计委等六部委出台《关于保障儿童用药的若干意见》后，同年7月国家食品药品监督管理总局（China Food and Drug Administration，CFDA）出台了《儿科人群化学药物药代动力学研究技术指导原则》，
