Salt Well Drilling and Double Direction Butt Joint Connected Technique

本文从陕北盐井特征出发,结合近几年来陕北地区盐井钻井实践和中盐鱼河YZ5—YP5井组的工程实例,分析了盐井钻探的复杂情况及处理;针对该区地层条件及盐井施工工艺要求,介绍井身结构设计、双定向井身轨迹对接连通的一些工艺方法。钻井实践表明,YZ5—YP5双定向井组的各项指标达到设计要求,满足甲方的生产需要,为双定向井组对接施工积累了丰富的经验。

This paper basing on the characteristics of salt wells in Northern Shanxi province, and combing the actual practice of salt well drilling in recent years and engineering examples of CNSIC Yuhe YZ5—YP5, analyzes the complex situation and treatment of salt wells drilling. According to the stratum conditions in this area and requirements of salt well construction, this paper introduces some techniques of well structure design and double directional well track butt joint interconnected. The well drilling practice shows that the various indexes of YZ5—YP5 double directional wells have already reached the design requirements, and also fits the First Party ＇s producing needs. Moreover, it also accumulates rich experiences of the construction of interconnected double directional wells.
