浅谈卤水中硫酸根的快速检测

摘要 制硝或者制盐过程需要对原料的氯化钠和硫酸钠进行检测,传统的方法是用化学方法进行检测,需要一定的化学试剂—硝酸银、硫酸钡等,而且需要专业化验人员进行,且硝酸银有毒,LD50约50mg/kg,致死量约10克,对环境和人体有一定伤害。本文就是寻找一种用电极测量的方式进行离子含量检测的思路及方案。 Sodium chloride and sodium sulfate in raw materials need to be detected during the process of saltpeter and salt making. The traditional method is using chemical process, and certain amount of chemical reagents are required, e.g., silver nitrate and sodium sulfate.Furthermore, it also requires for professional testing staff to operate, and silver nitrate is poisonous. LD50 is about 50mg/kg, and the lethal amount is 10 g. As a result, it will damage the environment as well as human health. This paper aims at seeking a thinking and scheme by using a method which uses electrode to measure ion content.
