结合HAZOP工作实践,探讨了提升HAZOP分析质量的途径,包括深入剖析根原因,认真筛选关键报警,结合LOPA半定量化残余风险,开发大数据智能DCS操作系统等。
Based on HAZOP work practice, this paper discusses the ways to improve the quality of HAZOP analysis, including in - depth analysis of root causes, careful screening of critic al alarms, combined with LOPA semi -quantitative residual risk, and development of large data such as intelligent DCS operating system and so on.
