Combining examples to discuss the risk and operational analysis of active installations. Through the application of empirical method, the program HAZOP analysis, combined with the operation experience of the device and similar devices, evaluate the operational requirements in the technical documents, and help to better realize the systematic risk identification and control of the service equipment.
