摘要
通过运动图像解析技术获取速滑冰上滑跑技术动作、新型支点模拟滑板训练动作和传统滑板训练动作的支点运动序列及其运动学特征。基于上述运动学特征对比分析,探讨了支点模拟滑板对冰上单支撑滑行、双支撑蹬冰以及利用体重蹬冰技术动作模拟有效性。认为在提高速滑运动员单支撑、双支撑、利用重心蹬冰的陆地辅助训练效果方面,支点模拟滑板训练比传统滑板训练更为有效。运动学影像分析系统下新型滑板的有效性获得客观佐证,为应用新型模拟滑板提高训练效率的价值提供参考依据。
Through the technique of motion image analysis, the paper obtains the pivot motion sequence and kinematic characteristics of the push-off action of speed skating, pivot skateboard and traditional skateboard. Basing on the comparative analysis of above kinematic characteristics, it discusses the validity of pivot skateboard on simulating the technical actions such as single support sliding on ice, double support push-off and push-off by weight. It thinks that the new pivot skateboard is more effective than the tradition- al skateboard for improving the dry-land training effect of the speed skaters' single support, double support and push-off by weight. As an objective evidence which is obtained with the system of kinematic video analysis, the result will offer a reference for confirming the training value of pivot skateboard.
