北京获得2022年第24届冬季奥林匹克运动会主办权,对于我国冰雪运动的发展既是机遇,也是挑战,应进一步扩大开展冰雪运动的区域和地区,推动我国冰雪体育运动发展。针对当前我国冰雪体育运动起步晚,基础差;冰雪项目运动员后备基数小,训练理念落后;冰雪运动场地不足,训练设施陈旧;群众参与人数少,普及程度不高等现状,提出转变政府职能,加大冰雪体育政策扶植力度;加快推进"北冰南移"、"南展西扩"冰雪战略,全面普及冰雪体育运动;广泛开展群众冰雪体育健身活动,增加冰雪体育后备人才数量;加强冰雪运动场地设施建设,加快推进冰雪产业发展;加强冰雪体育项目科研保障,提升冰雪运动竞技体育整体实力等改进措施,为冰雪体育运动的发展创造良好的社会氛围,推动冰雪体育运动在我国的普及和推广。

The succeed of Beijing bidding for the 24th Winter Olympics in 2022 brings the opporamlUes and challenges for developing Chinese winter sports. There are some problems of Chinese winter sports such as late start, poor foundation, low reserve base of winter sportsmen, slow ideas of training, lacking sites for winter sports, timeworn training facilities, less participants and low popularity. It suggests some improvement measures as follows： transform the government functions to increase the policy support of winter sports, comprehensively popularizing the winter sports by accelerating the ice-snow strategy of North-to-South and South-West Expansion, increase the number of winter sports reserve talents by exten- sively developing the mass winter sports activities, strengthen the construction of winter sports facilities and advance the development of ice-snow industry, enhance the scientific research support and the overall strength of winter athletic sports. The purpose is to advance the winter sports popularization and promotion in China by creating better social atmosphere.
