麻黄附子细辛汤出自东汉·张仲景的《伤寒论》少阴篇,为太少两感证而设,具有温阳通经、助阳解表之功,是体现表里双解这一治法的代表方。至今,该方已在临床各科得到广泛使用,本文对麻黄附子细辛汤治疗慢性呼吸道疾病的临床研究进行综述。

Ma Huang Fu Zi Xi Xin Tang was one decoction diseases of Taiyin meridian complicate by Shaoyin meridian, created by ZHANG Zhong-jing on the chapter of Shaoyin meridian in his book of Shang Han Lun. As a representative prescription of relieving exterior and interior, this decoction could help to dredge meridian by warming, relieve exterior by aiding yang Qi.
