论职业教育第三方评价机制的构建及实施

Third-party Evaluation Mechanism of Vocational Education:from Conception to Implementation

职业教育的良好发展离不开完善的评价机制,但目前我国职业教育第三方评价机制的构建及其运行面临着教育行政部门推动第三方评价的主动性不强、职业院校实施第三方评价的积极性不高、企业参与第三方评价的深度不够以及第三方评价机构独立性与专业性欠缺等问题,因此需要从建立成熟的第三方评价市场、完善评价规则体系以及广泛的评估结果认同三个方面保障职业教育第三方评价机制的贯彻实施。

With the transformation of China＇s economy, vocational education plays an increasingly important role and the good development of vocational education cannot do without perfect vocational education evaluation mechanism. The third-party evaluation of vocational education needs three aspects to build from the main structure, operation of power and system arrangement. However, at present, the construction and operation of the third party evaluation mechanism of vocational education in our country face some problems, such as the administrative dapeatement of education＇s poor initiative to promote , the less enthusiasm to implement the third-party evaluation, insufficient depth of the enterprise to involve in the third-party evaluation as well as the weak independence and professionalism of the third-party evaluation mechanism etc. It needs to establish a mature third-party evaluation market, perfect evaluation system of rules and regulations as well as the extensive evaluation results to ensure the implementation of the third-party evaluation mechanism in voacational education.
