摘要
粤北地区在承接珠三角地区产业转移、带动当地农村劳动力转移方面肩负重任。人才培养是实现广东省产业和劳动力"双转移"战略目标的首要任务,而师资队伍建设是培养人才的关键要素和前提条件。本文对粤北地区5所高职院校师资队伍建设情况进行全样本调研,分析粤北地区高职院校师资队伍建设现状,发现存在的问题,并对促进粤北地区高职院校师资队伍建设提出对策建议。
North Guangdong holds an important responsibility in undertaking industrial transfer in the Pearl River Delta and driving local rural labor transfer. Talent cultivation is the top priority to realize both the Guangdong industry and labor ＂double shift＂ strategic, while the teaching staff building is the key element and precondition for talent cultivation. The paper surveys on five higher vocational colleges in north Guangdong province, analyzes the present situation of teaching staff construction,find out the existing problems to offer solutions and suggestions for promoting the teaching staff construction in north Guangdong province.
