摘要
天津职业技术师范大学以数控实训教学课程为试点,采用产品化实训模式探索建立了以培养学生合格职业技能和良好职业素质为目标的实训课程评价体系。考核包括过程考核和结课考核两部分,其中基础模块的考核以国家职业资格标准为依据,实行产品化的两级考核制度(合格、不合格)。实践证明,采用该考核评价体系可有效保证学生全面掌握职业技能,既可提高整体学生的学习质量,又可促进优秀学生的个性化学习。
Tianjin University of Technology and Education takes the CNC practicum as a pilot project, and an outcome-based training course assessment system based on professional competeneies and occupational qualities is established through training for production. The assessment consists of process assessment and final assessment, the process assessment, takes the national vocational qualification standards as benchmark, and its result is given as qualified or unqualified only. It has been found that the curriculum assessment system not only enables students to master professional skills comprehensively and effectively, ensures students' quality of learning outcom, but also encourages individualized learning of excellent studentsas well.
