Under the background of economic development, industrial restructuring and upgrading, the vision of regional development, high-end talent training is the key, training of ＂dual-mode teachers＂ is the key to talent training, and establishing the vocational education governance system is the effective ways of the construction of dual-mode teachers team. According to the clue, this paper teases out the ability requirements, problems analysis and strategic thinking of the construction of dual-mode teachers based on modern vocational education.
