我国高煤阶煤层气开发中存在的问题及解决对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of High Rank CBM in China

为改变我国高煤阶煤层气开发的被动局面,在"十三五"期间实现高效开发。从煤层气开发技术问题分析入手,找出了我国高煤阶煤层气开发中存在的4个方面问题,一是对煤层气开发的定位不确切,二是煤层气勘探程序不合理;三是工程技术与储层差异性不匹配;四是常规地面建设模式不适应;并针对性地提出了高煤阶煤层气开发中存在问题的解决对策,一是优化煤层气勘探程序,优质储量控制程度提高;二是建立工程技术适应性评价方法,煤层气开发效益提高;三是采用分布式地面建设模式,系统运行效率有望提高。

In order to change the passive situation of development of high rank CBM in China,and achieve efficient development during 13-（th） Five-year Plan Period,the paper starts from the analysis of the technical problems of CBM development,and finds out four problems existing in the high rank CBM development.First,the purpose of developing high rank CBM is unscientific.Second,the exploration procedure is unreasonable.Third,the engineering and reservoir diversity is mismatching.Forth,the field construction pattern is inadaptable.Therefore,countermeasures and top design concept for develop high rank CBM has been put forward,including to optimize the CBM exploration procedure and increases the sense of control high-quality reserves,to set up engineering adaptability evaluation methods and improve CBM exploitation benefit and to use distributed field construction pattern and raise system efficiency.
