摘要 以纤维素为原料酯化制备纤维素酯,用制备的纤维素酯吸附电镀废水中的重金属离子。探究纤维素酯对重金属离子的吸附性能。在投料量0.12 g、吸附时间50 min、温度30℃、pH=3时Cu^(2+)吸附率为94.74%;在投料量0.10 g、吸附时间2.5 h、温度25℃、pH=2~3时Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附率为90.54%;在投料量0.10 g、吸附时间40 min、温度25℃、pH=4时Ni^(2+)吸附率为91.25%。模拟电镀废水的最佳吸附条件为:投料量0.12 g、吸附时间1 h、温度25℃、pH=3。在此条件下纤维素酯对电镀废水中重金属离子的吸附率为90.64%。吸附后的纤维素酯经洗脱,其再生率为73.05%。 Cellulose acetate prepared by esterfying cellulose was used to absorb heavy metal ions including Cu2+, Cr (VI) and Ni2+ in electroplating wastewater. The results showed that the adsorption rate for Cu2+ was 94. 74% with 0.12 g inventory, 50 rain adsorption time, 30 ℃ temperature and 3 pH value. The adsorption rate for Cr ( VI ) was 90.54% with 0.10 g inventory, 2.5 h adsorption time, 25 ℃ temperature and 2 - 3 pH value. The ad- sorption rate for Ni2+ was 91.25 % with 0.10 g inventory, 40 min adsorption time, 25 ℃ temperature and 3 pH value. Based on these data, the adsorption experiment for simulated electroplating wastewater was conducted and the best adsorption rate 90.64% for heavy ions was obtained with 0.12 g inventory, 1 h adsorption time, 25 ℃ temperature and 3 pH value. The cellulose acetate after the adsorption was eluted and the regeneration rate was 73. 05%.
