This article mainly detailed analyses the multiple woollen cloth feedback defects which may be produced during double twisting stage. These defects mainly have following forms： strong twisted yarn, soft twisted yarn, untwisted yarn, large twisted irregularity yarn, low strength yarn, much fibrous yarn and small braided yarn, etc. Regarding these seven kinds of defective cloth, possible causes and potential approaches are presented through the standardization of operation, the reasonableness of process parameters and the status of spindle equipment. Through a comprehensive analysis and scientific treatment to these defects, occurrence of defects would be reduced or even eliminated, resulting to decrease the quality degrading possibilities due to these actions.
