摘要 为了提高柔性直流输电阀控系统运行的安全性和可靠性,针对一起柔性直流输电背靠背工程中阀控系统上位机与交换机通信故障引起的柔直跳闸事故进行分析。首先,对鲁西背靠背换流站广西侧柔直阀控系统的构架、控制策略进行介绍;其次,结合现有的柔性直流输电工程运行经验,深度剖析了阀控系统控制及逻辑,对此次跳闸后的处理提出合理的逻辑设计和解决方案。按所提出的解决方案修改内部跳闸逻辑和程序后,阀控系统内部上位机与交换机的通信故障只上报给SCADA系统,而不会引起阀控系统跳闸。 In order to improve stability and reliability of valve control system in VSC-HVDC transmission system,a VSC-HVDC trip accident caused by the communication fault between the upper computer of valve control system and the switch in a VSC-HVDC back-to back transmission project is analyzed. Firstly,the architecture and control strategy of VSC-HVDC valve control system at Guangxi side in Luxi back-to-back convertor station are introduced. Secondly,combining with current operation experiences of VSCXHVDC transmission projects,control and logic of valve control system are deeply analyzed,and reasonable logic design and solution for the treatment after the trip are proposed. After the modification of internal trip logic and program according to the solution proposed,the communication fault between the upper computer of valve control system and the switch will only be reported to SCADA system and not cause the trip of valve control system.
