摘要
脱硫湿磨机制浆用水含固量过高会导致制备的石灰石浆液的实际细度及密度产生偏差,从而影响脱硫湿磨机制浆系统出力测试的准确性。为解决此问题,结合测试条件,分析了制浆用水含固量对石灰石浆液密度、细度的影响,通过反推计算,确定了湿磨机制浆用水含固量宜小于2%,保证石灰石浆液密度和细度真实反映了湿磨机的磨制出力。
The over high solid content of slurry making water in FGD wet ball mill will cause the generation of deviation in the actual fineness and density of limestone slurry made, which influence the correctness of output power test of slurry making system of FGD wet ball mill. In order to solve such problem, combining with testing conditions, the influence of the solid content of slurry making water on the fineness and density of limestone slurry is analyzed. By reverse-reasoning calculation, it is determined that solid content of slurry making water in wet ball mill is ought to less than 2% to guarantee the fineness and density of limestone slurry reflect truly the grinding output of wet ball mill.
