Application of Safety Production Risk Management System Idea in Power Grid Risk Management and Control

应用安全生产风险管理体系的核心思想,构建了广西电网"46692"风险管控体系。该体系以4项制度标准为遵循依据,从6个空间维度和6个时间维度辨识风险,联合9方力量共同防控风险,并开发2套信息系统作为支撑。实例分析表明,"46692"风险管控体系的应用实现了电网风险系统化、规范化、信息化管控,成功地化解了电网重大风险。

The＂46692＂risk management and control system is constructed in Guangxi power grid by applying the core idea of safety production risk management system. The system takes four standards as the following basis,identifies risks from six space dimensions and six time dimensions,and commonly prevents and controls risks by jointing nine forces,and two sets of information systems are developed as support. Analysis of practical examples shows that the application of＂46692＂risk management and control system realizes the systematization,standardization and informatization management and control of power grid risk,and successfully solves significant risks of power grid.
