摘要 对某500kV SF_6断路器液压机构内部泄压故障进行分析。介绍了断路器液压机构的结构组成以及断路器投运后出现的3次液压机构内部泄压情况。通过对油泵进行解体检查,发现油腔和柱塞处存在铁屑是导致液压机构多次泄压的根本原因。针对发现的问题提出改进建议,为类似故障的分析与处理提供参考。 The internal pressure relief accident of hydraulic mechanism of a 500kV SF6 circuit breaker is analyzed. The structure composition of the hydraulic mechanism of circuit breaker and situations of three time internal pressure reliefs of hydraulic mechanism after the operation of circuit breaker are introduced. By the disassemble inspection of oil pump,it is found that iron dusts in oil chamber and plunger are fundamental reasons which caused the multiple pressure reliefs. Improvement suggestions aiming at problems found are proposed which provide references for the analysis and treatment of similar faults.
