冶炼烟气制酸废酸废水处理中水综合利用

Comprehensive utilization of neutralized water from waste acid wastewater treatment in smelting gas sulphuric acid production

介绍了广西金川有色金属有限责任公司化工厂1600kt/a硫酸装置废酸废水处理系统产出化工中水回用情况。将化工中水用作药剂制备水、石膏离心机和压缩机用水、净化补水、取样冷却水、锅炉定排冷却水等,实现了化工中水大比例回用。化工中水中硫酸盐、钠盐、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Cl^-含量不断富集将制约中水进一步再利用。

Utilization of chemical neutralization water from waste acid and wastewater treatment system in 1 600 kt/a sulphuric acid in Guangxi Jinchuan Nonferrous Metals Co. Chemical Plant are introduced. The chemical neutralization water is used as a medica- ment preparation water, Gypsum centrifuge and compressor water, purifying water, sample cooling water and boiler fixed cooling water. The concentration of sulfate, sodium salt, Ca^2＋ , Mg^2＋ and Cl^- in water will continue to be enriched for reuse.
