摘要
茂名分公司在运3套硫磺回收装置总产能260kt/a,均采用2级克劳斯制硫、2级尾气加氢还原-吸收工艺,净化尾气和液硫脱气废气进焚烧炉焚烧后排空。烟气二氧化硫排放浓度受净化后尾气硫含量、硫坑废气硫含量和外供燃料气、氢气组分等影响较大。采取优化催化剂级配、提高溶剂脱硫效率、将液硫脱气废气引入燃烧炉处理、降低硫坑氧含量等措施,外排烟气SO_2质量浓度小于100mg/m^3的新排放标准。
Maoming branch 3 sets of sulphur recovery units with total capacity of 260 kt/a in oporation are introduced. The two- stage Claus sulphur production and two stage tail gas hydrogenation absorption reduction process were adopted, with purified tail gas and liquid sulphur degassing waste gas into incinerator burning and emptying. The concentration of sulphur dioxide in flue gas was af- fected by sulphur content of purified tail gas, sulphur content of waste gas from sulphur pit, and fuel gas and hydrogen component. The measures such as optimizing the grade of the catalyst, improving the desulphurization efficiency of solvent, introduction liquid sulphur degassing waste gas into the combustion furnace, reducing the oxygen content in the sulphur pit, etc. , exhaust gas less than new emis- sion standard of SO2 concentration 100 mg/m^3.
