摘要
介绍30kt/a烷基化废酸再生装置中废酸与燃料气燃烧分解、工艺气除尘与稀释、SO_2转化与冷却、酸冷凝浓缩冷却、尾气洗涤排放以及余热利用6个主要工序的特点。分析废酸再生装置运行中所出现的天然气实际消耗量高于设计值的现象。经探究发现其主要原因是废酸进料中水及酸溶性油的质量分数与设计值存在较大偏差。经一系列技改,使整套装置达到良好的稳定性和可操作性,产品质量符合生产要求,烟气排放达到国家标准。
The Characteristics of spent acid and fuel gas combustion & decomposition, treated gas dust elimination & dopingtank, SO2 conversion & cooling, acid condensation & concentration, tail gas cleaning & emission , waste heat utilization of six main sections in 30 kt/a spent acid recovery unit are introduced. The phenomenon of actual consumption of natural gas over design value is analyzed. By analysis, it is found that there is great deviation between mass fraction of water and acid-soluble oil in spent acid feed and design value. Through a serious of technical innovation, the unit received better stability and operability, with product quality meeting produc- tion requirement, and flue gas emission meeting national standard.
