介绍了工业副产石膏制硫酸联产水泥技术发展历程,论述了鲁北工业副产石膏制酸技术创新措施,包括化学分解钛石膏制硫酸和水泥、萃取磷酸副产半水磷石膏、石膏物理脱水及气流干燥、石膏烘干尾气袋式除尘器、石膏制硫酸净化酸洗污水封闭循环、回转窑高温窑气自动分析及自动化控制、钛白废酸高值高效利用、废硫酸-石膏资源化利用、磷矿脱镁和磷石膏除杂脱硅、水泥余热和硫酸反应热回收及石膏窑外分解新技术。经过优化集成设计,降低了运行能耗和建设投资,实现了石膏资源化高值、高效利用。
The development history of sulphuric acid and cement prodction technology from the industrial by-product gypsum are introduced. The innovation measures of gypsum acid making technology are discussed detailedly in some aspects which includes sulphu- ric acid and cement production through chemical decomposition of titanium gypsum, extraction of the by-product of phosphoric acid named semi water phosphorus gypsum, physical dehydration and air drying of gypsum, gypsum dust catcher in drying tail gas bag type, closed cycle between the gypsum sulphfuric acid production and the purification and pickling of wastewater, automatic analysis and con- trol of high temperature kiln gas in rotary kiln, efficient utilization of titanium waste acid, resource utilization of waste sulfuric acid and gypsum, magnesium removal from phosphate rock and silicon removal from phosphorus gypsum, recovery of cement remaining energy and sulphuric acid reaction heat, new technology of external decomposition of gypsum kiln and so on. The operation energy consumption and construction investment are both reduced with optimizing the integrated design. In addition, the high value and high efficiency re- source utilization of gypsum has come true.
