摘要
滚动轴承在电机运行中发挥着重要的作用,影响其振动、噪声及使用寿命。如何采用最优的工况参数、或者在某一特定工况参数下,如何选择最优型号的滚动轴承以获得最优的动力学特性,对保证电机运行的可靠性有着很重要的意义。基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA,以某一深沟球轴承为例,对其在不同径向载荷和转速的工况参数下的动力学特性进行了对比,得出了最优的工况参数,希望研究内容可以为电机轴承的选择与设计提供理论依据。
Rolling bearing play an important role in the motor running,it influence the vibration, noise and service life.How to use the optimal working parameters, or in a particular working parameter, how to choose the best model of the rolling bearing to achieve optimum dynamic characteristics in processing to ensure the motor accuracy and reliability has a very important significance. This paper based on ANSYS / LS- DYNA, with a deep groove ball bearing for example, compared it's dynamic characteristics in different working parameters:radial load and speed, we obtain the bearings' optimal working parameters. This paper's research provides a theoretical basis for the bearings' selection and design.
