摘要
介绍了麻家梁煤矿14205辅运顺槽工作面掘进、支护及施工管理等情况,从工序安排、管理制度、施工工序和工艺等方面探讨了影响掘进速度的因素,提出了改进设备、优化工序组织、科学管理、提高人员素质等几方面的对策,以便促进掘进施工的过程中缩短时间、提高效率。
This paper introduces 14205 Majialiang coal mine auxiliary transport crossheading face excavation,supporting and construction management, from the process arrangement, management system, the factors influencing the driving speed of the construction process and technology, improved equipment, optimization of process organization,scientific management, improve the quality of personnel and other measures the process of excavating construction so as to be able to shorten the time in the future to improve the efficiency.
