分析阳煤五矿选煤厂事故频发的原因,提出降低设备事故率的措施。采取加装皮带并且抬高机尾高度、在刮板机保护基础上加装机尾跳链保护、改造矸仓排水系统、在缓冲仓内加装视频并将显示器连接在跳汰操作台上、在皮带机头增加视频和皮带保护、加装自制分级筛等措施后,设备事故率大幅降低,提高了生产效益。

This paper analyzes the causes of Yang Coal Mine Washery frequent accidents, put forward the measures to reduce the fault rate of the equipment. Take the installation of belt and tail elevation height, with the tail chain jumping protection in scraper protection based on the transformation of waste warehouse drainage system, installation of video in the buffer chamber and connected to the display in the jig operation table add video and in the head of the conveyor belt protection, installation of homemade grading sieve measures, equipment accident rate is reduced greatly, and improves production efficiency.
