摘要
针对潞安集团司马煤业公司通风大队通过技术研究设计出的一套煤矿联锁气动控制风门,并分析其组成及工作原理,并介绍其特点。该风门在1208运输巷安装投入使用后,大大降低了维修成本费用,同时从未出现过因风门控风问题造成煤矿通风紊乱现象,从而提高了煤矿通风系统的稳定性。
Through technical research of ventilation team of Lu'an Group, a set of mine pneumatic interlocking control damper was designed, and analyzed the interlocking pneumatic control valve structure and working principle, and introduces the characteristics of the door. The door is put into use in 1208 transportation roadway and it greatly reduces the maintenance cost, and installation the air has never occurred due to wind control problems caused by coal mine ventilation air disorder phenomenon, so as to improve the stability of the mine ventilation system.
