This paper introduces the mechanized mining meaning, and from the geological structure, coal seam gas,fault, and other aspects of the factors that affect the coal mine production safety at the same time, analysis of relevant measures to strengthen the mechanized coal mining safety, including the developed countries learn from the advanced experience, change the mode of coal mining, mechanical design optimization and improvement safety consciousness. It is thought that China＇s coal mining enterprises should continue to increase research and innovation of mechanization of coal mining technology, and to ensure that the coal mining is convenient, fast and safe.
