摘要
以绝缘材料厂活性污泥作为研究材料,以期获得一些酶活较高的苯酚降解菌.试验采用苯酚为唯一碳源的培养基进行筛选、16S rDNA序列扩增与序列测定以及构建系统发育树的方法进行细菌的分离与鉴定.结果表明:菌株JY04与葡萄球菌属的菌株聚为一簇,与Staphylococcus nepalensis E3菌株在同一分支中,且16S rDNA核苷酸序列相似性高达99%以上,因此,命名为Staphylococcus sp.JY04.
Phenol degrading bacteria were obtained with the activated sludge from the insulation material factory as research material.The strain was selected based on the culture of phenol as the sole carbon source and separated and identified with rDNA 16 S sequence amplification and sequencing as well as the method of constructing phylogenetic tree.The results showed that the strain JY04 was clustered in the same branch with the Staphylococcus nepalensis E3 and the similarity of rDNA 16 S nucleotide sequence was more than 99%.Therefore,it was named Staphylococcus sp.JY04.
