Standard Operating Procedure on Platycodon Grandiflorum in Zhongjiang of Sichuan

本操作规程明确规定了在四川省中江县种植桔梗的生产环境、采收和储藏种子方法、大田育苗和病虫防治技术和药材采收加工方法和检验方法等.规定了产品以干燥根计,桔梗皂苷D含量不低于0.1%;产品各项质量指标均达到国家相关规定.

This standard operating procedure（SOP） definitely stipulates the production of Platycodon grandiflorum in Zhongjiang,Sichuan,respectively on natural conditions in habitat,techniques of seeds harvesting and storing,seedlings cultivation,cultivating practices,harvesting and processing,appearance quality,ingredient contents,and so on.The results showed that the content of Platycodin D was not below 0.1%,which was measured by dry Radix of Platycodon grandiflorum.The index of the product met the national related standards.
