摘要 水冷壁喷涂黑体强化辐射节能材料,可全面平衡锅炉受热面的换热比例,强化炉膛辐射换热能力,优化锅炉运行工况。主要表现在减轻锅炉受热面结焦程度、不挂焦或不结大焦,降低飞灰可燃物,降低减温水量,有效防止过热器、再热器超温,达到节能目的。 Spray water wall radiation strengthening energy-saving materials. Be fully balance the boiler heating surface heat transfer rate. Strengthen the furnace radiation heat transfer capability. Optimization of boiler operation condition. The main performance in reducing the boiler heating surface coking degree. Don' t hang coke or does not produce large coke, reducing the unburnt carbon in fly ash. Reduce the desuperheating water flow. Effectively prevent the superheater and reheater overtemperature. The purpose of energy saving.
